Hi, I have updated the theme to the latest version and since then the mega menu is started to show from the center of the screen and goes outside of the view area. Could you give me some help how to solve this.

I have cleaned the browser cache and the site cache and now it seems to be working. I don’t know what happened because it started after the update. Thank you for the quick response and for this amazing theme. Love it!!!

Hi Cailin, actually yesterday and today morning I have received assistance by email. Your team try to fix problem with css ’cause they don’t know what the problem is!
But even if they insert css custom code the problem persist!
The assistance is very slow, I know that we are different time zones but is very frustrating not having real time chat assistance and I can’t relase my website with this big big problem. Do you want the references of my site even if team is already helping me (slowly) by email?

Unfortunately we can provide support only on email and forum and we answer to email/topics from from the oldest to the newest, also we do not have a real time chat assistance, sorry!
Also if you want I can take a look to that problem too, but in the most cases the major problems are solved via email.
