when I edit or log in to WordPress then proper work header submenu but when logout WordPress account the header submenu not working also I mean not open what I do please give a solution and also you can check my header submenu https://techrander.com/

It could be a cache problem or a plugin conflict. The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
