Header template is not editable

Hi,

I open Cloud templates, then I select Header template global.
Then I try to edit with tagdiv composer, but when I click on the button this error screen opens:

Hello!

Please try to edit your homepage with TagDiv Composer and try to make some changes to the header. Let me know about your results!

ok, I edited my homepage, but in all other pages, header does not change.

Hello!

Please make sure you apply this setting from Website Manager: https://www.screencast.com/t/g4DQiecvnl
If you have in other pages another header, then please check in Website Manager which template you have for header and set it the correct one.
If this problem is not solved after this, then please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
