Hello, I am facing a strange issue.
I am building a header, and suddenly whatever I put in “text” shows as gibberish/coded in the front-end. See image below. Even if I leave it empty, it still shows something in the front-end.
I cannot see any reason for that – it happened suddenly while I was editing (not after installing/modifying any plugins etc), and I cannot get it fixed no matter what I do now.
Things I tried to do but they didn’t work:
– Clone the Header Template (the issue was carried over to the cloned template)
– Clone the Element within the same template (the issue was carried over to the cloned element)
– Reset style

Hi Bettina – but my issue is not related to mobile viewport. The issue is for Desktop and all other responsive views.
As a matter of fact, on mobile I do not even have a Live Search element. Please see screenshot.. hope you can have a closer look and help me with this. Thanks

Hello!
I’m not sure exactly why this is happening on your end. It’s from an external cause, for sure. Please ensure you do not use any extra plugins that have not been tested and do not work with our theme. Copy-paste the style by selecting the element word and right-click -> copy. Select the second element, right-click -> paste. So you won’t lose the entire style next time. Please note that you cannot copy-paste the style from an element to another column/row/anything but only to another element. That’s why you should click on the Element word to be sure the element is selected: https://app.screencast.com/Fsj2ptkB85tlR
Also, you can save a styled element and use it on another page. But please note that you cannot use a special shortcode from a single post template into another template as a category.
Thank you!
Hi again Bettina —
Since you mentioned you are sure it is from external source, I switched off all plugins except from TagDiv ones and the issue persists. For proof, here is the list of my enabled plugins:

also when I did copy style > paste style… the issue got carried over to the new element lol. same when i save as element and reuse it.

and inspect view:

Hello!
It should work on the desktop viewport because I can not relate it. But on the mobile viewport, yes, there is a problem, and we will solve it as soon as possible.
We want to investigate your issue.
Please get in touch with us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin URL and credentials
– a link to this topic to identify you
Thank you!
