Hi is there a way to insert an ad unit after the title?

an ad after the title and an ad before the next button.

Please notice that you will have to modify the smart list code from the core file and if you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry! In the latest reply, I pointed you where you will have to do these changes.
