I’ve got a request for help on my posts showing up strange that is 3 days old and I’m seeing people getting responses to requests that are an hour old. I just renewed support and would appreciate some attention to older requests please.

No, didn’t work. Ultimately, I went back and ‘restored’ an older version of my site because I couldn’t figure it out. Something changed after your cloud templates update and it is ruining my site – the posts all come out truncated. I need someone to look at the site and help me understand what has gone wrong! The homepage is fine, but when you click on an individual post, they show up very strange and truncated.
