no option for users to comment on some of my posts

There is no option for users to comment on some of my posts. Do you know why this is? also I changed the color design of my website, but it has yet to be changed, is there a propagation period before the color is changed?

Hi,

I see you are using a different implementation for the post comments, than the default commenting system. Please check the individual post settings, and the plugins settings if you are using a plugin

The default comments will be displayed if they are enabled in WordPress, and also in the theme besides individual post setting
