I installed a fresh install, i try to update the “save settings”
The install does not save, it just keeps trying to save, the icon does not come off nor does it save information
Please help!
When I push save setting, then the loading square continuously spinning. So I can’t change any settings

If the theme system status is according to the documentation, then maybe the process is blocked by a security plugin or firewall. Check this topic for more information

Please check in the theme panel while saving if the process is blocked. Press F12 and look in the console if there is an error while saving. Some servers block this request, it could be the case here as well.
If that is not happening, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look. Maybe we can identify the cause.

Then that could mean that the admin-ajax process is being blocked by the server. The theme makes multiple requests and this may be treated as a threat by the server.
Please contact your hosting and explain the situation and provide theme a screenshot of the error in the console. They should be able to fix the situation.
