I wanted to change something on my site but the theme pannel is not working.
It just shows that is loading all the time but is not working…

This is most common with Internet Explorer; using Chrome works much better.
Sometimes it’s a bad plugin which conflicts with Visual Composer. Note if you’re running WP 4.1, you *must* have VC 4.3.5 installed, as WP 4.1 broke VC.
i am using google chrome, and VC 4.3.5 but still the same…

Well, you then likely have a plugin that breaks visual composer, so try turning off all plugins except vc, and them turn them on one by one to find baddie.
I turned off all of plugins except VC bt still the same… theme pannel is not working …

I suggest you disable all plugins (leave just VC active) then make a backup of your current theme installation then re-upload your theme files and use this guide and the FTP method to do it: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/

i disabled all plugins exepct VC, and reinstalled the theme, but still theme pannel is not loading, i can not make any changes…
