Hi Support,

Me too facing the same issue. After the update, all posts are showing blank. The contents are not loading at all. However, Pages are looking fine.

1. Click on any one of the posts, they are showing totally blank.
2. Social connect in the right side of the home page showing 0 Count even they have liked in FB.

@Shubhamsharma, It showing only the home page, Try to click on any one of post they are totally blank.

I found fault by following this video.

I went to the Theme Panel and selected a header style.

Check this it temporarily fixed for me.

You can fix by going in theme panel/post settings/default post template/ now change style 1 or any other because default style will not work.

I decided to delete this theme and use another free theme. I feel wrong when I spend a lot of money to buy and use this theme.

Purchased a regular licence which include

Item support includes:
Availability of the author to answer questions –> Utter fail.
Answering technical questions about item’s features
Assistance with reported bugs and issues –> Utter fail.
Help with included 3rd party assets

6 months supports in that 5 more months left but not getting a solution for a major upgrade bug.

Disappointed, me too planning to go back with free themes.

A good lesson learned from NewsPaper theme team.

I’ve used the theme for 4 years – they are the most responsive and helpful support guys you will ever find – on WordPress issue and code and on the theme itself –

But when a major update is launched there will be some issues – and you have to wait in line when posting support requests out of office hours

Just my opinion, you’ll never find a better theme anywhere and patience is worth applying 🙂
