Help Creating Responsive & Sticky Advert Section

I am wanting to create a responsive and sticky advert section that resembles the functionality of:

Could someone please help with the steps i would need to take to implement these sections, i.e. code etc. I was thinking adding extra widgitised areas but am unsure whether that would work and also how do it successfully with the newspaper theme.

Any help will be much appreciated!!!!??

Please check this link as a reference: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/ad-locations/ Note that you will need some customizations in theme’s code in order to achieve the desired result. We can’t offer customization services at the moment so if you still need guidance on this or you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.
