Hello quitifua6,
Ensure that you are using the latest theme version and also, the latest version of required plugins which come bundled with the theme core files. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, you should remove all of them and leave just our required plugins and rule out the conflicting plugins.
If your problem is still there, you should provide your website URL so we can take a closer look at it and also, so we can provide a more accurate response.
