Help: I cannot install this

I just spent $61 on a theme that requires programming capabilities. I am a simple user that wants a theme that is PnP…this is the error message I got when installing this theme:
Oh, and I had to upload it via c-Panel and unzip it there.

Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete.

Name Description
Newspaper Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.

Please help….urgently.

OK, panic attack over, I unzipped all the files…that goes to show that even a dummy can eventually work stuff out.
