Hi
I have a main block above and another underneath
What is the best way to not duplicate content?
Is there a rule/setting that when an article is in the main block it doesn’t show on the block below?
I tried the offset rule but doesn’t work

Yes, the offset might be a way in this case. Also, another alternative could be settings the Unique Articles functionality from the page editor, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/NAgFHA2wkiH4
