Hello everyone, I have a problem to download the theme, the themeforest blocked my account without reasons now I need to download the theme again and can not you guys can help me please
As you can see I bought the theme but I can not download it through Themeforest
I already sent a request and they told me that my account was permanently blocked and that it was for me to create another account if I wanted
Please send me a link so I download the theme after all I bought it
You should address Themeforest support to determine WHY your account got blocked. Fraud? Stolen account? Mis-use and online posting of software (warez) ? What?
I don’t work here, but if you bought the theme from Themeforest, generally you need to work out account issues with them directly. If they say you need to create a new account because your old account was hacked, then you likely need to do so.
Remember you bought the theme from Themeforest, not from TagDiv directly.
