Help! My website load so slow on mobile platform

My WP website is http://www.pilbitnews.com. It loads fast on desktop, but it takes about 9 seconds on mobile platforms. Should I change my newspaper theme? What plugin do you recommend that works best with TagDiv Newspaper theme?
