Likely check for console errors as you have a lot of stuff running on page and some plugins and java break things, obviously.

This issue is because you use external links with the modal image (lightbox) If you want to have external links on your images please disable the modal image from the theme panel and from the image itself as the lightbox requires the image to link to the image url/path in order to work. If you change the url, then you do not need a lightbox for your images as they should lead you to the external link, not open a lightbox.

i have the same problem. I have to use the modal image from the theme panel, because i have few hundreds post with clickable images and taking posts one by one to change the modal image on each image is not something i want to do. On every image i have an option “Modal image” with On and Off options, this should overwrite the theme panel option right, why is not working?
I have few posts where the custom URL on images are working just fine, but with same settings on other posts, the custom URL is not working.

It depends on the particular image setting itself. The general modal image simply activates it overwriting the image setting but it does not turn it off if the image setting is set to on. Basically you need to remove modal image for images with external links. If the general option does not do it, it means you have to go in and manually change the modal image to off from image settings. Sorry for the inconvenience but this is the way our lightbox works. It needs to link to the image in order to get the image from the link itself.
