I’m using the Newspaper theme and having trouble with the Social Icons element.
I want to:
Make all social icon links (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) open in a new tab.
Is there a built-in option in Newspaper to make social links open in a new tab

Hello,
Yes, just edit the page where the socials are with tagDiv Composer and select the icons element, then check this option https://i.imgur.com/xfToq7E.png
Unfortunately, if you are using standard templates and the theme panel option, then there is no option to enable the open in a new tab.
