Help needed to add a subscribe pop up

Hi my website is http://www.awayonvacay.com When you begin scrolling on any page, a pop up comes up in the bottom right hand corner where you can read more stories. Instead of reading more stories I want that pop up to allow people to subscribe to my newsletter. Can you tell me how this can be done please.

Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have a subscriptions widget, you will have to use a plugin with a similar functionality to achieve that. I can’t make any recommendation which of the plugins available out there will work best as we didn’t test them but you can try a few and use the one which fits you best.
