Help – Please activate the theme!?

    I’m receiving this message at the top of my dashboard on the back door of my WordPress blog.

    — Please activate the theme! — Click here to enter your code – if this is an error please contact us at activate@tagdiv.com – How to activate the theme

    ​I have repeatedly entered the envato purchase code and it still shows this message. I know I entered it right and I even activated the theme manually, but it still shows that message.

    I have sent two emails already to them. First one was Tues, May 12th, and have not gotten a reply. The second one was tonight, Sun, May 24th. I hope I get a reply sometime soon.

Hi,

We had some problems with the activation account in the past weeks, sorry for the delay.
A plugin may interfere with the activation process, try to disable all plugins, enable only Visual Composer and activate the theme. Once the activation is done activate the rest of the plugins.
