Help setting linking of social media icons at bottom of my site

Hello, I am having trouble setting the linking of the social media icons at the very bottom of the footer on my site:

https://americanveteransaid.com/newblog/

I tried doing this through the Newspaper > Theme Panel > Social Networks

But it won’t update those bottom icons, they are all still linked to “#”… I also tried seeing if I could edit them with TagDiv and they don’t show up in that editor.

Any help would be appreciated thank you.

Hello,

I investigated and now the social links work properly => https://i.imgur.com/OrRekuH.png for Facebook, Youtube and Twitter please make sure you set the link also, for Instagram.
