For the blocks, you can use flex blocks and hide the details you do not need. For that line, I think you should add it by custom code: https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/ or use the element called “Separator”. 2.-3.-4.The block can be build with a flex block and some “inline text” elements. Depend on which functionalities do you need on them(with or without links).
5. Same as at point 1.

6.-7. For this you need some custom CSS in order to achieve it.

Thank you for your different answers but we are missing three important points to make our page similar to https://www.elle.fr/ to know how:
1 – put the Logo circled in Orange right next to the Title all circled in green on the following screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/WM6GS0R ??? How to add just a Logo just before the title of a Block ???
2 – put a small banner in yellow like the one on which they wrote “EDITION ABONNES” that we circled in blue on the same following screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/WM6GS0R ???

1. Add a row like this: https://prnt.sc/DBuUmSkoHllV and insert the logo and an inline text element. Try to import a style of flex block from a demo: Music & Life or Chained News PRO demo like in your example, and you can adjust the category like this: https://prnt.sc/b6hhexPu0fhB
2. Change the color of the category from the flex blocks settings.
