Hello. I decided to update my Newspaper Theme from 8.5 to the latest version 11.?
I thought I followed the directions correctly and had to install the new version manually through the WordPress.
But the end result is that it looks nothing like my old version did.
And I don’t know what to do now to make it look that way. It seems to me the new version doesn’t have the same options in the Theme Panel as my old version did.

It was originally built on and modified from the Sports Theme.
Please advise.
Sorry, the pre-built website that I used in my old version was Health & Fitness.
Current new version is version 11.2
In my previous version, I had a logo image at the top.
Also, my navigation was different.
And my Home Page of the site had my Featured Posts.
Now on my Posts Page, my ads don’t display on the right.
What am I doing wrong?

Please note that going from 8.5 to 11.2 is a big step and a lot has changed. Easiest thing to do is to find another PRO demo that is closest to what you look to achieve and we can help you with guidance on how to edit it in order to go back to your design.
Do you have TagDiv Standard pack plugin installed and active?

To answer your question… YES I have the TagDiv Standard Pack plugin installed and activated.
Further, I have tried to replicate the Health & Fitness demo site like I had it before with some success. But, I can’t seem to get my ads to show up on the right side of my Home Page and my Post Pages.

As I showed in the screen capture above, I also can seem to figure out how I change what Posts or Category is displayed on the Home Page.

If you use standard template, then on post you use sidebar widgets, this need to be set in appearance > widgets -> https://i.imgur.com/fxQWM6j.png for posts you can assign the sidebar in theme panel > template settings > blog and posts templates -> https://i.imgur.com/IToTeu8.png for pages you can set it here -> https://i.imgur.com/q5FJ6ZM.png also the pages can be edited using tagDiv Composer and set the widget element -> https://i.imgur.com/WWDld2i.png -> https://i.imgur.com/otoa7VZ.png
