First of all great professional looking theme… Great buy and worth every dollar!
Question:
The Mega Menu for some reason is not showing up, despite the fact it was working on the staging link we had.
Also the posts when I click the arrow for next, the website goes to venezueladeayer.com/# which is the top of the page instead of loading new posts…

Hi,
Please make sure that you also use the latest theme version then deactivate all plugins leaving just the Visual Composer plugins active then empty cache and also purge files if you use any CDN host services then check again.
Also make sure that you test this without any js/css/hmtl minification options, disable those option then empty cache/purge files and try again.
I have also checked this using the latest theme version (4.6.1) and found no issue so it should work in your case also.
