Help with website layout

Hi,

Recently bought the newsmag theme and am wanting to design it so that the layout matches that of the demo(s)

i.e. how do I get the blog post tile layout at the top of the blog?

This: http://prntscr.com/5x2fto Is the Big Grid block in the page builder. Put it where desired.
