Here is talking about comments count which is displayed at your blocks in the page. Notice that exists an option for it in Theme panel which allows you to enable/disable this element, from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/VZdOQEoT

Feature request: only show comment bubble when count is higher than 0 – I do this manually and am currently retrofitting this “feature” myself with each new release in my child theme….
