If I upload my theme to my first site, then after a while, if I want to upload the same theme to another site, can I do that? Is it possible? Because I’m not sure in which site should I try first.
Once I upload my Newspaper theme on my site & then after some time, I want to use another theme, and then again if I want to use same Newspaper theme on my site can I do that or I have to carry it for Life_Time.

First of all, I will thank you for reaching us! Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed. In your case, you should buy another license because it’s seems to be another project!
