Please activate the indicated size – https://i.imgur.com/PIUF2UG.png
The thumbnail sizes settings are in the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/48xn6J3.png
It may require to regenerate the thumbnails as well. As a first step however just enable the respective size there, and check again. If there are problems let me know.
