If we are typing in Unicode Mangal Font ( ରିତେଶ ଶର୍ମା ) it is getting changed into ( ??? ?????) .
Kindly tell me how to solve this problem. As I want to again purchase this them if this problem gets solve for one more website. Kindly help in Urgent need

but cannot able to write on my website.

Please make sure taht you are using last version of theme, v10.3.3
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme, cache plugin or CDN, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I had disabled all the plugin and reactivated again, but the problem didn’t get solved

Please make a test, set the language in WordPress on US -> https://i.imgur.com/XmEKu7p.png save the settings, re-save the permalinks and check again.
