So I can’t figure this out and I saw one posted question but I hit save and nothing changes. I saw that it maybe a cache issue but I’m unsure how to fix that. I keep emptying the browser but it still doesn’t change.

I’m sorry if this is a stupid question.

Hi,

If your panel settings are not saved, please check the max_input_vars value in system status section: http://screencast.com/t/V8MumQISR and make sure that it’s set above 2000. Contact your host provider and let him know about this if you can’t access php.ini file.
If this is not what you mean, please provide more details.
