If I use the Multiple categories filter with -#cat-id (http://prntscr.com/jrzl10) it simply hide the posts, which is also good, but I need to hide also the title.

The ajax filter when enabled, by default it will display all your categories. There is a field in which you can filter those categories

Categories cannot be excluded in this field but they can be included. Enter only the category IDs you want to display. IDs can be seen here for example

I need to HIDE a category, not show.
Here the Italian versione of the web site http://prntscr.com/jz1e6b, as you can see the category “Slider IT” is hidden, now the translation of that category is called “Slider EN”, and it showed in the EN version of the web site http://prntscr.com/jz1ewb.

Please try as suggested above and save the page and then view it, the categories will be displayed. In the composer edit screen they will not be displayed. Example

So they will disappear in the composer edit screen, when you save the page and view it they should be displayed according to your filtering.
