I would like to hide the author of the post and it seems i cant the exact code for this, i tried different plugins to hide it and its not working. Do you have any solutions for this?
And with regards on the post image caption, it will not show up on the single page.

If you use a cloud/PRO post template, then you need to access your post, edit with TagDiv Composer plugin, click on the element called “Single Post Author” for displaying the author and simply delete it. This change should reflect on every other posts which has the same template.

Note that you need to access a post from your website, then edit with TagDiv Composer.
Please try to click on that element text and you should be able to delete it. You can see a recycle bin basket or just press the key DELETE.

if you hover your mouse into the featured image, it wont show the caption

Unfortunately, this is not possible in our theme by hovering. If you set a caption to this image, then the caption needs to appear always not only on hover. In order to set a caption for this image you need to edit the post normally and there you will have a place where you can select the image and set a caption too.

Please note that the element “Single Post Bg Featured Image” don’t have the setting to display the caption, this option has only the “Single Post Featured Image”:

The differences between BG featured image and single post featured image:
– the description (capture) will not appear in BG
– the image size you can set only in BG, so in a single post featured image will take the image in original sizes
– more options for styling in a single post featured image than BG
