To hide it by category id works quite well for regular posts but unfortunately, as soon as I add smartlists within this category, it doesn’t respect this CSS. Any tips on how to do this with smartlists? Thanks in Advance!

How exactly is the code you are using? That code from above should not work for post page breadcrumbs by category. I could be mistaken.

It works because I’m using post template 5 for my smartlists. Thanks
But that code would be in no relation to the category of the post, unless maybe you use that template for all the posts of the category and nowhere else.
That will remove the breadcrumbs for all the posts that use template 5, not taking into account the category of them. With CSS something like that would not be possible, I can’t think of anything.
The category isn’t specified above the breadcrumbs, that would allow them to be targeted and removed only for certain categories.
You could use the solution in the code with the condition, that would work.
