I use both the Single Post Date and the Single Post Modified Date. Is there a way to hide the Single Post Modified Date if the post has not been updated?

Hello,
Unfortunately, there is no option to do it; only if you have two templates, and assign the template on the posts that have a modified date.

Unsure how that would work and it seems like it would be lot of work to change.
