I know this is impossible with standard settings. But I need to set wordpress to hide some specific categories, which be needed only for setting blocks in homepage.
This is possible with css/php code?

Thank you for helping me. But I don’t mean on block, I mean within a post. For example: I have the categories “Attualità” and “Primo Piano”. I want hide “Primo Piano” within posts.

Unfortunately this task require many changes in theme files and I can’t provide a solution now. The function which must be edited it’s located in td_module_single_base.php here: http://screencast.com/t/lDD4NrX8Mpr Please consider that this is a comnplex task which require php knowledge if you need this and you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard my advance is to look for a developer to help you with this.
