Hide the TAGDIV COMPOSER button

If you use the last version of Newspaper v9.6.1 only the admin and editor can edit the cloud templates, and composer ( the changes will not be saved if is other type of user ), the rest or them can only to see the templates, you can make a test in this way and you’ll see how is working.

Unfortunately our theme do not have a setting for this, sorry!
What I can do to help you is to provide you a custom code that need to be set in
wp-content/themes/Newspaper/functions.php

This code will hide the composer for editor.
