No “Meta info on Modules” does not appear in the panel?
In the picture you showed me, in block 4 settings options appear. I only see three, the only one I see is “Meta info on Modules / Blocks”
Besides that option “Meta info on Modules / Blocks”, hides the date of all modules and blocks.
Example: I have a page F1 2016 game and so many other games. When someone put F1 2016 in the search, I do not want the date of that page appears.

The options I showed are available in the latest version of the theme only (7.3) Unfortunately the date cannot be removed from specific posts or pages. you will need customization if you want to remove the date only for specific pages. the search option date is handled by this setting:
