I built menu for Mobile and Desktop. However, I want to hide the built-in icon element from logged in users. There is no built-in setting for this. Is there some kind of “Extra class” for this?

OK, but what I need is to hide this icon from logged in users. Is there such an option or class?

Use the element called Menu login from Composer and there is an option to hide it for logged in users in the General tab.
