Is there a way to hide the theme name and WordPress versions by changing in code level?
If yes, where can we change it? if we change them in coding part, are we able to get the updates from newspaper theme?
If the theme gets updated to newer version, all the changes which we have made in the coding part will be changed to default?
Is there any recommended plugin to hide the name of the theme without changing code?

Unfortunately there is no solution to hide the name of the theme without editing the theme files. If you edit the theme files, on every update, files get replaced so your modification will be gone and you have to do it again. You can follow this topic to see how to remove the theme name:

As our theme (along with all premium themes) is a custom theme, plugins cannot edit the theme files as they cannot recognize the code. Plugins are created for wordpress, not themes so there is a very slim chance of finding a plugin that could remove the theme name.
