High CPU Usage

I am trying to update the look of my website but I updated the Newspaper theme today and now the tagdiv composure is giving my website a high CPU Usage

Physical Memory Usage
1 GB / 1 GB (100%)
I/O Usage
8 MB/s / 8 MB/s (100%)
CPU Usage
99 / 100 (99%)

When I disable that plugin, my website returns to normal so I know its that plugin. I have researched your website and followed all information including: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/a-few-tips-for-newspaper-x-speed-high-cpu-usage-issues/
