I wanna learn where are my account menu and notification codes in admin bar?
If I wanna add these codes to theme head as follow pic., how I can do?

Please keep in mind that our theme uses the default WP login and your account is from WordPress. If you want to edit it, you should do this from Wp panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/vaUY22ROa and there you can add your information.
If is not what you mean, please provide more details so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

I want to add this menu (in the right of the admin bar) to top header in theme. Because our users will not see the admin bar.

Unfortunately we have not tested such implementation. The buddypress menu is added to the admin bar, but we cannot provide any help in moving it. You should contact buddypress and see if they can provide any insight into how to move the admin menu or at least where it’s being created. Sorry but this falls beyond what the theme support can offer you.
