For some reason the Home Custom link page shows all posts as Blog and how can I change that. I can not see any option to change Home. I tried remove and try to create from scratch, now Home is gone from the main navigation menu. Basically I would like to post everything on the front page as shown in the default demo of Newspaper.

I think I found where to make the changes under Template | Blog and Posts and choose one of the several template pages.
But I lost the “Home” in the Main Navigation Menu which was a “custom link”. It seems that is created automatically, how do I get that back.

You can simply create a custom link menu item and add any url to it. Simply create a new menu item, set it as a custom link and add the homepage url to it like so: http://screencast.com/t/Uj9NbLohxpZ1 but this does not mean the page will be your homepage though.
