1. I have created a home mobile page with Tagdiv composer. But same desktop home page is displayed on mobile. (Sometimes)

2. Also, sometimes on Desktop the actual home page is distorted.

3. Although the posts are published, they are not often reflected on portal for the readers.

Hello!

If it is happen only sometimes, then maybe there is a cache problem, delete your cache(also from your browser) and see the results.

For more information about mobile pages please check this article: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/

Also, check if there is not a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, clear all cache and try again.

Thank you!

I have similar issue. When I open page on a mobile device its not actually mobile page which is loading but the default page. I have checked like everything the default page has its own Mobile page listed and should be fine. Any idea if there is any other setting which I might be missing?

Hello!

If you use default template, then make sure you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active. Also, check if there is a plugin conflict or not, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.

Note: In order to edit a page/post with TagDiv Composer you need to use a PRO/cloud template and not a default one. For more information about TagDiv Composer, please check our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Thank you!

For readers, sometimes distorted home page is displayed. One of the demo pages of the theme, with demo page’s header and color.
I have also deleted cache from my browser. It is very much frustrating.
