My homepage settings have been messed up today, all of a sudden. They only changes I was doing was changing the categories in posts, which should not affect.
Not sure if any automatic update of anything has messed with it. I have tried to import and set a back settings as allowed on the theme panel, but there is no change.
I am using the Pulses layout.
If I am logged in in the WordPress, the layout shows correct, but when I log out, it is messed up.

If the layout is correct when you are logged and are missed up when you are not, then it is do to the cache plugin, make sure that you cache is set properly, clear the cache and check again, or better clear the cache and disable the cache plugin to be sure is no longer interfering and check the results. If the problem is solved, that means that some settings from the cache are not set correctly.
