The wordpress header and theme footer appears on the home page, but on other pages the wordpress header does not appear and the footer does not appear. I’ve tried using different demo also I’ve tried editing the categories.php however, it didn’t seem to work.

Hello ojuju,
Please keep in mind that the footer and the header are the same for the entire website and should appear. So, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.
