I use two sections of “Block 2” on my homepage. On the first block, the posts are stacked 2×2 but on the second set they are stacked 1×4. The second set is a cloned version of the first. Do you know why this is happening? I would like both blocks to be 2×2.

Your issue is because you use the second block inside a row, something like this:

Your block should look like this:
