Hi, for some time now I have been experiencing a display problem, of my home page (https://smanettoni.net/), on different browsers and operating systems.
This is a serious problem, because users end up seeing an incorrect homepage, compared to what it should be.
I don’t understand if this is a problem with the theme and how can I fix it?
This is the correct homepage:
While this is how it is displayed incorrectly:
Why is this problem happening? And how can it be solved?
Thank you very much.
Thomas
Hello,
I just checked, and for me, the website looks well for mac and Windows -> https://i.imgur.com/iZlAsZD.png > https://i.imgur.com/wSSchcW.png
Thank you!
Thanks for the check.
The problem occurs a few times and the same thing also happens on the mobile homepage, created by me. But I don’t understand the reason.
For example, this is the incorrect display of an article from mobile (IOS iPhone). Where the header changes:
Here is the exact visualization of what it should look like:
It seems that the theme, from desktop and from mobile, does not work correctly.
Yes, I created all the pages of the site in the mobile version, adapting the style.
I know there is your version, but it is not possible to modify it by inserting forms.
I just did a test of the site, with an online program to see its display on different browsers and operating systems. And I confirm that in some cases the home page is displayed in the incorrect way, exactly like this:
This to me is a serious problem, because users who read our magazine, do not display the site correctly.
Is this a problem with the template installed, or with your program? Is it possible to solve it somehow?
Thank you very much

Good morning, thank you for your support.
On desktop the problem seems not to have reoccurred, while on mobile some pages are still not displaying correctly, with the mobile theme setting I built.
In addition there are also a couple of display issues:
Within the article, where there is a gallery, the second photo in the gallery never displays:

In the main menu on desktop, I entered the megamenu display but for the sports and accessories section, but again there is a display problem. A part of the menu is displayed with a white stripe at the top (for example in sports the word Dakar is also at the top):

Is it possible to fix these display problems please?
Thank you very much.

Hello,
The issue is the image is caused by this option -> https://i.imgur.com/4NKJ7by.png
for menu, please check the structure, because you do not need to set here pages; you can set only the parent category -> https://i.imgur.com/KYqBllI.png
If Sport is the primary category, then you need to add only the category, enable the mega menu (https://i.imgur.com/0YwgORv.png), and delete the subitems.
Thank you!
Enabling or disabling that option, for the slide show problem, doesn’t change much and the image still doesn’t show.
The main menu category is set and the mega menu is enabled, but still the display problem remains.
It is not clear to me how to solve the problem and what to do?
Thank you very much.
Hello,
I left the option, and it worked.
Your structure is wrong, you need to delete the subitems. You need to let only like this https://i.imgur.com/81ul3Dc.png I deleted the subitems and now looks like this https://i.imgur.com/3FGyjP8.png
Thank you!
