Home page does not appear as I set up in the reading section

Hello
I am really amazed with how great your theme is however I am having some trouble with setting up home page. I set up news page as front page in reading section in Setting. But the member page keep coming up. I couldn’t figure out what did I did wrong. My URL http://kaccgw.org/ Please help me with this.

Make sure you set your static page to the home page you created, from the WP admin panel under reading. Make sure the name of the page you create to set as static homepage is not the same as any other page on the site.
