on my home page, I have the featured post with five posts on top.
but the block below, that lists all other posts on home, includes all five top posts. How can I exclude them on HOME. in TD editor i cant find a function for this option

Hello !
By editing the block using tagDiv Composer you can set offset option as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/cHjJfiTIDx5 So in your case if your 2nd block has offset 5 it will render the posts starting with post number 6.
