Home Page Image Size Issues

Hi,

Having some frustrating issues with the home page ‘banner’ image on my site, as it keeps re-sizing / zooming in the image, despite me re-sizing it manually, and I can’t figure out how to display it full-size.

This is the best I could get it (to at least display something not blurry/stretched), and I understand that changing the size of this container’s length would display more, but I don’t see why a re-sized image that is set to the container width/height isn’t working.

Any solution would be really appreciated, spent far too long on this already!
